  • JR, John Rillie, has been a busy boy of late. He continues to put out his exceptional podcasts, the OT, including this timely interview with Julius Hodge. In addition to the usual laughs, news and banter that the OT provides, there is even a pretty fine competition running that JR and DJ Rod are offering -- so check that one out. It's sometimes easy to forget that JR indeed plays basketball for the Townsville Crocodiles, with everything else he does. He recently had a chat with Ashley over at Basketball and Everything in Between, he did an interview with Asa of Asaspace and he even got his ugly mug on television again:

I was lucky enough to have a quick shout-out hello to JR at a recent Sydney Spirit-Townsville Crocs clash in Sydney, but I don't think Rillie was happy with the luck I brought to the Spirit on my rare visit to Sydney, as they walked away with the win. Keep up the great role as ambassador for the league, number 31!

  • The Basketball Professor just keeps on doing his thing and his site keeps on putting out more and more great content. Here's his wrap-up of Round 16 of NBL action.
  • In other big news, Paul Rogers, captain of the Perth Wildcats, will finally get back out there on the court this Friday night. The Wildcats -- and my fantasy NBL team -- will be happy to see him out there!
